Great Customer Service

I ordered the wrong sized replacement cone and asked if it could be replaced. Customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend this company. I've enjoyed making my coffee with the Melita carafe system for over 30 years!

Review brewing cone

I love the Melitta brewing cone; been using them for years. Since I am the only coffee drinker in my home, I use this over a mug and pour hot water to brew as I need. I ordered a new one as a backup for my fairly old cone. I also ordered Colombian Supreme Extra fine grind coffee directly from you because for some reason, my local grocery store stopped stocking it? That disturbed me - I don’t need to drive extra miles in search for your product now; I can order it directly through you.

Love, love, love our Melitta pour-over coffeemaker

We received a Melitta pour-over coffeemaker & glass carafe over 40 years ago as a wedding gift. After nearly daily use the plastic cone pour-over brewer developed some small cracks. We were happy to see we could order a replacement for the cone brewer and that it is even better than the original. We love the simplicity of the pour-over coffeemaker; it makes really good coffee, is easy to clean and doesn't need a lot of counter space. Well done Melitta! Here's to another 40 years!
