Melitta was extremely responsive when I called to say the filters had changed and immediately sent me new ones. Unfortunately, they were just like the ones I returned to Melitta.

We had an issue with some Melitta filter and contacted Melitta. Melitta was very quick to respond and offered to replace the filters I purchased Thank you Melitta.

Best filter

I usually purchase these filters at Target. I got a package that felt different and did not allow the water to flow through. Upon contacting Melitta, they immediately shipped me a replacement package and the filters work perfectly. Thank you for such excellent customer service and standing behind your products!
