Replacement

I had a box of filters that did not work properly. They allowed the water to build up like any other paper filter would which in turn allowed the coffee grounds to float out of the filter and into the pot. This was not what I have come to expect from Melitta. I wrote them about this problem and they agreed this was their standard. They sent me a new box and readily took care of the problem. The new filters work like I had expected and now I can once again enjoy my coffee without navigating coffee grounds.

Happy Camper

I've been drinking this coffee for over 30 years. Guess it can be said I'm stuck on it! When Publix quit carrying it I began ordering online. Piece of cake.

Best Customer Service Ever!

I wrote to Melitta because I wondered if they had changed the paper in their cone filters because my coffee wasn’t running through them nearly as quickly as it has always before, and my coffee grind and coffee maker were the same as always. Melitta responded to my email right away. They apologized, and not only sent me a new box of filters, they also included a can of Melitta coffee - even though I hadn’t asked for either one. I was pleasantly astonished!!

great coffee

Melitta paper coffee filters produce noticeably better coffee than competing brands that I have used. The bleached filters are excellent. The unbleached filters add an unpleasant taste to the coffee so I don’t use them.
