Very please with this product. I have been buying Melitta cone filters for years and wouldn't buy any others.

These filters allow the flavor of my chosen coffee to shine! And, since the taste is everything, they make my cup perfect.

Bamboo #2 filters

My experience has been wonderful. I love these bamboo filters for bio degradable make up for the world's environment. AND, they provide the absolute best cup of coffee ever! There is no paper flavor in my coffee using Meritta brand bamboo flavors and that makes me so very happy with every 16 oz cup I make. Nailed it Meritta

Bamboo Coffee Filter

I didn't know about bamboo filters until I ordered my Melitta pot. It seems they are the white filter paper with some bamboo as well. I haven't checked the difference yet, but they look good and work well. I love the pot and will continue to experiment with filter papers and coffees!

You get more of the coffee taste, you'd expect, without any other strange tastes. Paper just doesn't cut it anymore, and the price difference, is insignificant.
