Don't be intimidated! The pour-over method is really a simple and quick way to handcraft coffee to your taste. Here are the steps to brewing your own pour-over coffee

1. Fold the seams of the Melitta filter and place in Melitta cone pour-over brewer. Place pour-over on top of carafe.

2. Scoop in finely ground coffee. The fresher the coffee the better.

3. Start with fresh, cool water. Heat the water to just below a boil.

4. Pour the water in a swirling motion to fully saturate the grounds and create agitation for optimal extraction. The slower the water is poured, the bolder and more developed the cup will be.

5. Enjoy your handcrafted cup of coffee!

The best way to brew!

It worked very very well, as long as I strictly avoided zero-gravity environments. Ok, just kidding, I only brewed here on earth. What can I say, I am a fan. Now let's go protect the climate!

Tried and true

I’ve been using Melitta drip coffee since 1976. Still makes coffee the way I like it best. Sometimes I knock the glass carafe against the sink and it cracks. But always nice to receive a new gleaming carafe to replace it.

Simply the Best

We’re the 2nd generation using this product. Now our grown children use the pourovers too. Nothing better for good coffee. The filters and grounds make a wonderful addition to our compost. We have one for the house and one for camping. So happy they are still available with the same quality.

The best

We’ve been using the Melitta pour over for over 30 years. It makes The best coffee, hands down! And nothing to go into the trash or recycle- the grounds and filter make a super charged addition to our compost bin.

A handy, effective coffee pot

I have used this type of coffee pot for many years. I bought a new one as a back up and it is as good as ever.
