    Excellent Customer service and product.

    Coffee made with the javajig and filters is such a much better final product than with using the typical single serve mesh filter assembly. Not only does it taste better, but it is so much easier to use and clean. In fact there is nearly nothing to clean.

    Great product

    Easy to use, and more economical than buying K-cups. More importantly, does not generate plastic waste each time you make a cup - only coffee grounds and a biodegradable paper filter go in the trash.

    beats PerfectPod hands-down

    Easier to clean than PerfectPod (gen1 or gen2), and JavaJig's filters are much cheaper, as the cherry on top. Plenty easy to use, and coffee comes out just great. I love the reduced plastic waste and reduced cost. Absolutely a keeper.

    Happy customer

    I contacted customer service via email because they lid to one of my Java Jigs cracked. I received an email response the next day and the representative mailed me not just a lid but a full set. I am back to brewing delicious coffee with my Java Jigs now. The coffee tastes better than with other reusable K cups in have tried. Clean up as quick and easy.

    Excellent product

    This item is perfect for Keurig allowing you to make your coffee the eco friendly way. With this I don’t send plastic cups to the landfill and it works great. Very reasonable priced. Highly recommend.
