Excellent customer service!

I had a concern about several bags I opened that had faulty (unsealed) pods. I contacted customer service and within a day I had an answer back, along with the promise they would send me replacement coffee, free of charge! I am very happy with their service, the fact they would listen and honor my concern ---- I will remain a customer for a long time!

Great coffee - great company!

I need the coffee pods and started getting Melitta brand a few years ago. I had ordered some through an online store and 1 of the bags were damaged. I contacted Melitta to let them know there may be an issue. I did not expect anything from them but they sent me 2 bags of coffee pods! Great coffee and great customer service!

Melitta Medium Roast Soft Pods

Melitta Medium Roast Soft Pods are the only ones I use. I’ve tried them all in the past and I always came back to Melitta. Not only is the coffee produced from them perfection, the pods are the highest quality. I’d say that in all the time I’ve used them, only one pod burst while brewing. I can’t say that about any others. Melitta’s the best!!
