OUR coffee!

My husband and I have been drinking Melitta for many years. Love everything about it. Gotta have it! However, it's becoming harder and harder to find at our local stores. So, I decided to go right to the source and order directly from Melitta. Now I don't need to search every store every time we run low.

Great service

I recently bought some #4 filters that did not drain very well . They were noticeably lighter in color, so I sent a complaint. You guys sent me some new filters that work just like the old ones, and some coffee as a gift for my troubles. Thank You very much! That's how it should be done, if I had a company that's how I'd do it. Very good service. The lighter colored filters don't work as well, I had to readjust the grind on my grinder to get it to work even then the line after brewing was really high in the filter .
