Steps to brewing your own pour-over coffee:

1. Fold the seams of the Melitta filter and place in Melitta cone pour-over brewer. Place pour-over on top of a mug or jar.

2. Scoop in finely ground coffee. The fresher the coffee the better.

3. Start with fresh, cool water. Heat the water to just below a boil.

4. Pour the water in a swirling motion to fully saturate the grounds and create agitation for optimal extraction. The slower the water is poured, the bolder and more developed the cup will be.

5. Enjoy your handcrafted cup of coffee!

The Signature Series Pour-Over™ Coffeemaker is an elegant interpretation of the ORIGINAL Pour-Over™ Coffeemaker that our founder, Melitta Bentz, invented over 100 years ago.

A classic

Best pour over out there. I know I will have a most-delicious cup of coffee when I use this product.

Nice Replacement for Old Plastic Unit

Overall positive. Easy to handle. Nice workmanship. No leaks. I do wonder why this particular model has three spines going radially out from the circular lip; they make it impossible to seat the porcelain on the mug snugly. However, the unit does not slip or leak, so I can live with it. I have had headache lately, which may be detox from my old plastic unit, or radiation from an old plasma tv. Probably not from the porcelain.

Pour Over Coffeemaker

We’ll designed and easy to use! Best way to transition away from French press coffee (due to higher cholesterol)

Poor over coffee maker

This is my second one. The first was broken from being dropped. I hope to enjoy this one for even more years to come. It's simple and convenient for making a single cup.

A real cup of coffee.

Because the cone is ceramic, my coffee tastes like coffee. I taste a full bodied cup of coffee.
