Filter Issue

I had a problem with a box of filters. Some were not sealed properly and coffee grounds got through into the coffee being brewed. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately. Within a few days I rec'd a box of filters along with a tin of their coffee to try! I was elated! Melitta emailed me daily to let me know that these items were sent and followed up as the shipping proceded. I have nothing to say except "KUDOS" to a company that went above and beyond for such a small issue! I will continue to use their filters as they are the best for a delicious cup of coffee in the morning! Will contine to search for their coffee in our area as that was our first time trying it and it was perfect to the taste! Satisfied Customers from O H I O....GO BUCKS!

Filter crimping is great

The crimping used by Melitta uses no glue which make them much healthier to use. However, a few of mine broke so I called the company. They apologized, sent me a new box and a pound of their coffee. And told me that folding the crimp will secure it. The fold works. What a great company.

Good Business - Good Filters

I am once again back to using original Melitta cone filters for my coffee brewing. I appreciate that they are good quality, and I can get a clean cup of coffee.

Filters leaking coffee grounds into cup

My experience with Melitta was very positive. I contacted them with a concern about issues with one box of filters and they sent me another box to replace them. She was very cordial during the process.

True customer service

I could not ask for a better experience. I was shocked at how quickly Melitta responded to my question. As to how my issue was handled i was stunned by the quality and care of your customer service rep. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Melitta.
