Coffee filters

I had a very good experience with Melitta regarding my concern about holes in the filters I'm using .... Which I still do by folding the bottom to capture the grounds. I appreciate Melittas quick and thorough response.

Customer Service is top notch!

If not only for the product(s), I'd recommend Melitta for the genuine and sincere customer service! They were quick to respond to an issue I was having (with the filters) and worked to remedy it within a day or two! They actually took my issue to their quality team and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I am pleased with their response to my needs.

Hot Water starter

I have begun pouring hot water through all my filters and I think it makes a less bitter cup.Your filters are right there with the best.
